Anne Holland, who founded the marketing research firm and publisher Marketing Sherpa almost nine years ago, is retiring to her garden. In a farewell blog post she recalled the 4 a.m. flash of insight that inspired the company, and the many people who have contributed to Sherpa over the years.
Marketing Sherpa is best known for its case studies of internet businesses and online marketing. And while Anne is moving on, smart online marketers can still subscribe to the newsletters and attend the seminars and other events that make Sherpa such a beacon to our industry.
Marketing Sherpa was acquired by a similar online market research firm, Marketing Experiments, in November 2006.
We wish Anne the very best in the next chapter of her life and career!
