Easter comes early this year, and Timberline clients Lake Champlain Chocolates are busy satisfying demand for their Vermont-made specialties.

Lake Champlain Chocolates, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, offers chocolate Easter eggs, gourmet chocolate Easter bunnies and a selection of Easter gift baskets online and in its retail stores in Shelburne and Waterbury.

Dakin Farm, meanwhile, it's all about Easter ham, be it boneless or bone-in, spiral-sliced or unsliced. Last year the Ferrisburgh, Vermont, company sold over 1,000 of the locally cob-smoked and maple glazed hams, an increase of 15% over the previous Easter season. Dakin Farm is a three-generation family business founded on farmland originally settled by Timothy Dakin way back in 1792.
