Harry Joiner is one of the best-connected marketing recruiters around -- and he has special expertise in online, ecommerce and multichannel careers.

Joiner was recently asked to rename his LinkedIn group "OnlineRetailJobs.com," which LinkedIn sees as being in conflict with its own job board. The group, now called EtailCareers.com, counts some 132 VP-level hiring managers posting jobs of interest to 954 members.  The job site also runs ads in Internet Retailer magazine, and Joiner notes that "the group is quickly emerging as a 'who's who' from across the Ad:Tech, Shop.org, DMA, and IR-500 communities."

The site just announced a Feedburner feed of job postings, which generates email notification any time someone posts a job on the board.
