Congrats to our friends at Lake Champlain Chocolates, making the world a little sweeter one gourmet chocolate at a time. The LCC gang has been in the media all over the place. Maybe it's the coming Valentine's Day holiday, traditionally one of the Burlington, Vermont, company's busiest seasons of the year. But whatever it is, the press has shown lots of appetite and appreciation for LCC's concoctions.
